Do I need to be home when the work is being completed?

Generally no. As most work is conducted on top of your roof, our tradespeople are typically able to complete work without requiring access inside your house or into the backyard. We may require access to a powerpoint for power and ask you to point out where the garden tap is located, otherwise we would let you know when quoted if there is a reason we would require access.
