  • Sample tiles and brochures provided for roof tile selection.
  • Installation of Safety Rail in accordance with Worksafe Victoria, working at heights above 2 metre Rule.
  • Remove all the old roof tiles and ridge caps ready to take away for recycling.
  • Check the roofing structure to ensure it is in good condition.
  • Install sarking if requested.
  • Install new roof battens.
  • Lay new roof tiles, using fixing clips or nails to secure the roof tiles to the roof.
  • New valley irons installed and installation of valley seal.
  • Ridge Caps installed and “bedded” with mortar.
  • Ridge is then “Pointed” using flexible pointing with the same colour to match the roof.
  • Roof is then cleared with a blower, gutters cleared and all rubbish removed from site.
  • Safety rail is then taken down and final inspection carried out.
